The Food Innovation Center (FIC) , operated by the Food Institute of TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (TÜBİTAK MAM) in Gebze, offers state-of-the-art solutions to the food and beverage sector such as cost-effective product development, next generation processes, comprehensive analysis and access to specialist expertise, while ensuring high product quality & safety prior to production & market release.
Key Hub for R&D and Innovation:
FIC provides SMEs, start-ups and large companies excellent trialing and testing opportunities with the guidance of highly proficient food processing experts.
By combining advanced and well-equipped pilot plants and laboratory with industry leading scientific & engineering know-how, FIC will be the key hub for
R&D and Innovation in the food and beverage sector. FIC can also be considered as a service station for SMEs and start-ups through practical in-plant demonstrations at selected enterprises, on-the-job trainings and know-how transfer.
